Whitetip Reef Sharks

During mating season, male Whitetip Reef Sharks have been known to school in groups of up to a hundred in pursuit of a female. We were lucky enough to spot some out at the local reefs of Wayesawa Island, Fiji. The water was so crystal clear on this day, we felt like we were in an outdoor swimming pool!

In some cultures, sharks are a symbol of protection. In others, they symbolise power and inner strength. Reef sharks remind us to stay curious, overcome our fears and go after what we want. They inspire us to grasp the opportunities that come our way, and to move forwards full steam ahead.
