Shipping

Shipments are sent from Gold Coast, Australia.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within two to three business days. Orders placed on public holidays are shipped within three business days. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding public holidays). A shipment email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide once the order ships.

FREE Tracked Shipping Australia-wide (allow 3-7 working days).

$10 Express Shipping (allow 2-3 working days)

$30 Tracked Shipping

~ We ship via Australia Post's Registered International air service, which generally takes 8 to 14 days, or alternatively if you would prefer a faster service we offer via DHL Worldwide Express courier for $55.

~ In certain countries you may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order. Such costs are not included in the purchase price of your order, and will need to be paid to your local authority to release your purchase from customs. We have no control over customs processing times or charges.
